Low calorie and some great flavors. Great stuff. Doesn't simply slide down like water; you can feel it being absorbed instantly. Very satisfying. Especially recommended if you've given up sugar.

Because it is unsweetened, it has replaced my previous favorite, Vitalyte whose first two ingredients are glucose and fructose. The lemon-lime flavor is pleasant and subtle i. It's also good to sip at night if you have dry mouth. I have chronic problem keeping my electrolyte levels up where they should be. Which is why I love this mix! Bet I tried at least 6 different and more expensive ones and none of them worked as well as EmergenC Electro Mix. How I tell if a product works for me is if my body is able to absorb it and assimilate it. Maybe the fizzing effect helps it to absorb more quickly, I don't know.

But I do not want to be without it. The 4 star rating is only because the price has gone up substantially. Product itself is definitely 5 stars. An excellent electrolyte replacement without sugar or sodium. Just add a packet to 1L of water and you have an awesome sports drink. Convenient to carry packets are much easier to deal with than dragging around numerous bottles of [insert name of pre-made sports drink here].
