Management is very poor issues are not addressed nor any solution is provided. Not employee friendly. I loved the job it was very interesting and motivating but I couldn't survive because of management flaws. If the issues are sorted out then I would be happy to work in the same profile. The job security and the work culture is very good at RBS. The company policies are employee friendly but what we gets depends totally on the team that you work for.

The work life is very good and is very helpful in maintaining work life balance. Poor management, partial behaviour, less growth, more work with less pay, stretching daily. What I appreciate is this Bank focuses completely on customer welfare, everything is done by putting customer forward. In addition, it also has well laid green energy and environmental programs which makes them full-filling CSRs. I support financial crime unit within NatWest Group under Anti money laundering section as a senior analyst.

Our main job is to identify any potential PEP politically exposed person which might in turn be involved in Money Laundering activity. Great Work Life Balance - Everyone respects our personal time.

They care about their employees. As a company, The values are great, indeed the top management and middle management are the poison. They've not reduced any salary but the allowances are detained by some units, including mine. During this tough time volumes and work are less but in the name of non-core activities senseless work is given, if asked why, you can be fired, though this is not vocal but the cues from management reflect this.

The management is so so so immature they always try to fix people to an image or a perception on their own, as an employee, you're supposed to go and prove day in and day out that you are something else. Support for devices or internet connection are only in papers, no managers are facilitating employees to avail it..

No recreations, even if done everything happens on your seat.. If you're someone who want to come and go, this is not the place.. Simply RBS india is nothing more than a government office with a British name Don't waste the fire in you, go for any other bank to know what is new age banking, I'll tell you the system and applications are of s and you'll not be able to sell you outside, that's why people here start and end their career with RBS itself..

Pros- Job security Average hike percent Cons- Less learning opportunities as banks technology is old Transformation projects have low work life balance Limited growth opportunities Weird and less transparent appraisal system which has recently changed to 4 reviews in a year i.

Likes Truly an employee friendly company. No dislike. Facilities Free transport. No support from management, if you're unsure on something don't ask a manager all you get is you can find it on the system yourself which is no help when you've got a customer online.

Had an occupational health report due to an illness and mental health issues, despite having the report for nearly 2 month and asking for it to be reviewed and discuss with me in a meeting still not done. Pros Pay was okay. Cons Management, lack of support. Yes There are 1 helpful reviews 1 No. Good paid training and all of the staff and managers were wonderful.

Stressful job at times due to its nature but the incentives good enough to compensate. The only thing I would improve personally is the hours and how long it takes to get shifts permanently changed. Pros Great pay, good work environment, hour lunch breaks.

Cons Sometimes stressful, long shift change process. The company did not do ongoing training and then complained if you didnt know everything. The managers did not even speak to me for the first 3 weeks of being there. The didnt recognise hard work but were always there to knock you down. There was no progression in the company.

The offered me a 1 year contract and I kept telling them that I had worked ther a year and a half with a renewed contract and they weren't even bothered. There was alot of favouritism and back stabbing amongst the staff and it was a horrible atmosphere to work in. The only thing I could say about the company was that they paid a fair wage and always gave way to their complaining customer with having such a bad name. Pros Fair wage. Cons Terrible staff. Focus on sales high.

Constant pressure to meet targets. I was a high acheiver - simply got targets increased further and further. No interest in customers who would not 'generate' profit. Pros Uniform. Cons Pressure to meet targets.

Applied for a job in customer service. After a few weeks into our 6 week induction period we got told there was no jobs in customer service so we had to go on sales. I was treated awful. It is a very pressured environment, leaving you with only 15 minuets of leu time you could use a do you go to the toilet.

Every time I went over my time and needed to use the toilet I had to ask like I was back at school, and they were funny about it. Using the toilet is a basic human right. The way they treat people are in-humane I got threatened about loosing my job several times when I was underperforming. Really bad job security, horrible attitudes from staff. Managers used to let me know if I was looking tired In a roundabout way to say sort yourself out coz you look awful.

Pros A mediocre salary. Cons No commission, no support, nasty comments, all round bad vibe. It is an amazing bank to work for the staff and the managers are friendly and also we do all sorts of multi culture activities. They have amazing staffs. Fantastic place to work only left due to personal reasons!

The management is great really do treat you like family and look after you. The salary is brilliant and so was the progression. Pros People, salary and progression.

I worked in an amazing team, debt recovery is not easy but we supported each other. Flexible hours. Sometimes overtime was offered but not forced. Staggered hours also available. Pros Close to home.

Mon to Fri. Cons Nowhere to park. In particular, our jobs in customer service mean you can put your best foot forward and showcase your talent and initiative. We want people to join us in providing a first class experience for every single customer and really go the extra mile.

In this job, you get satisfaction from coming to the aid of others and helping to solve their problems. Ultimately, customer service is all about finding the right solutions for people and creating a sense of trust and reliability.

If this sounds like job satisfaction to you, then it might just be the perfect career to jump on board with. When it comes to a career in this industry, one thing is guaranteed: you'll never stop learning. Every day presents its own set of unique challenges for you to overcome. No man is an island, and we all need a little help from time to time succeed.
